First we prepare the meatballs.
In a bowl put the minced meat, finely chopped parsley, grated potatoes, egg, bread crumbs soaked in milk and drained well. Mix well. Let the composition cool for 10-15 minutes and then make meatballs that roll in flour and fry in hot oil.
Grease a baking dish with butter and place the meatballs, put pieces of cheese and pour the Bechamel sauce on top.
Put the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the bowl and put the parsley and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes.
