Boil the water in which we add a teaspoon of salt. When the water starts to boil, add the cauliflower and scald, do not boil. After soaking, remove and allow to cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix eggs with flour and a pinch of salt.
Heat the oil.
Take the bunches of cauliflower, pass them through the egg mixture with the flour and fry them in hot oil until they are nicely browned on both sides.
That's about it. Very simple and a delicious result.
