I would eat bruschettas every day, without problems, at any of the meals of the day. I prefer them the most at breakfast, but I don't refuse them as a snack between meals, or why not, at dinner when I don't feel like cooking anything else :)
- 4 slices of black bread,
- 2 large tomatoes,
- a little extra virgin olive oil,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- little grated cheese,
- chilli with sea salt,
- lettuce leaves,
- a few dill threads;
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Bruschetta:
I put a little extra virgin olive oil on each slice of bread and then rubbed the garlic slices.
I put them on the pancake pan (which is perfect for baking bread) and left them for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into cubes.
I turned the slices of bread and left for another 2 minutes.
We turn the bread again and this time we put the tomatoes on top.
Let it cook for a few more minutes, preferably over a low heat so that the bread does not burn but only is crispy.
Place the slices of bread on a plate, on lettuce leaves, grind a little chilli with sea salt and add grated cheese on top.
Decorate with dill and serve with great appetite :)
